Step 2: Download the Patch Manifest File

  1. Close the ESO Launcher.
  2. Download this file using your web browser. Note: If you get a page not found message, use a different browser.
  3. Move that file to the ProgramData folder of the launcher directory.

  4. Re-open the ESO Launcher and try again.
